How should I store my poppi cans?
While our cans are shelf-stable, we highly recommend keeping them refrigerated for the best flavor experience. No one likes a lukewarm soda!
Does poppi contain caffeine?
Most of our flavors are caffeine-free. However, our Doc Pop and Classic Cola flavors contain a small amount of caffeine derived from green tea extract.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard shipping across the continental US. Orders typically process within 1-2 business days, and you can expect your bubbles to arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment.
Can I return my order if I don't like it?
Due to the perishable nature of our beverages, we cannot accept physical returns. However, if your order arrived damaged or if you have an issue with your purchase, please contact our support team within 14 days for a resolution.
